Refund policy

If a script doesn’t work for your church, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@churchskits.org from the email address you used at checkout and tell us which script you bought. We reply within two working days.

Our checkout is run by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the reseller for every order. You can also ask Link for a refund directly through Link support.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, including any tax you paid.
• Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
• Once a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. If a file is broken or something went wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
