Terms of use
These terms cover your use of churchskits.org and the scripts you buy here. They are written to be read, so please do.
Who we are
ChurchSkits is run by a sole trader (autónomo) in Spain. You can reach us at hello@churchskits.org. The owner’s legal details are on the legal notice page.
What we sell
We sell church skit scripts as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists the running time, cast size and what the file contains.
Buying a script
- Checkout is run by Link, operated by Stripe. Link acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your order, handles payment and sales tax, and sends your receipt. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* CHURCHSKITS.
- Prices are in US dollars and include tax. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
- After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link works for up to 20 downloads. Each downloaded copy carries a small line with your email and order number, so it stays licensed to your church.
- If an order is refunded or disputed, its download link stops working.
What you can do with a script
One purchase lets one church, ministry or school perform the script as often as it likes, print copies for its cast and crew, adapt the lines and include the performance in its livestream. You may not resell the script, share the file publicly or publish it as your own. The full terms are on the performance rights page.
Refunds
If a script doesn’t work for your church, email us within 30 days for a full refund. See the refund policy.
How our scripts are made
Our editors read every script aloud, check the Scripture, rewrite what sounds stiff and approve it before it goes on sale.
Free content and Scripture
Bible quotations on this site are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. Everything else on the site, including the scripts, is © ChurchSkits. You’re welcome to link to any page.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site and files accurate and available, but we can’t promise they will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protections of the consumer laws where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date below. The terms that applied when you bought a script continue to apply to that purchase.
